1. Services

Birth You Desire provides education, support, and consultation services related to fertility, pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum recovery. These may include, but are not limited to, in-person and virtual classes, workshops, support sessions, and individual or group coaching services.

2. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any classes, workshops, services, or digital materials under any circumstances. Please make your purchase mindfully and contact us in advance with any questions before booking.

3. Class Materials and Access

Unless otherwise stated, all class recordings, handouts, and digital resources will be available for 30 days following the class date. Access will automatically expire after this time. It is your responsibility to download or review materials within that window.

4. Client Responsibility & Results Disclaimer

By participating in any services or programs offered by Birth You Desire, you acknowledge that your results are your own responsibility. While we are committed to providing education, resources, and support, your individual experience and outcome depend on personal choices, circumstances, health status, and your unique “situation.” No guarantees are made regarding specific results.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Scheduled services, appointments, or event participation cannot be canceled or rescheduled without written permission from the Director. Requests must be made in writing and are granted at the sole discretion of Birth You Desire. Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior written approval will result in forfeiture of that service without refund or credit.

6. Not Medical Advice

The information and services provided by Birth You Desire are for educational and support purposes only and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician, midwife, or other qualified health provider with any questions regarding your health or medical condition.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, and materials, is the property of Birth You Desire unless otherwise noted and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

8. Modifications

Birth You Desire reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site and our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
