At Birth You Desire, we are committed to providing high-quality, personalized support and education. Because our services involve reserved time, limited availability, and immediate access to intellectual property, all purchases are made intentionally and mindfully.

Please review this policy carefully before booking or purchasing.

Doula Services

- Deposits/retainers are non-refundable.

- Once a client reaches 37 weeks gestation, no cancellations or refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

- At that stage, your doula has reserved on-call availability, limited other bookings, and committed time and expertise specifically for your birth window.

- By securing doula services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Childbirth Education, Postpartum Services & Consulting

(Including classes, workshops, private sessions, TENS rentals, and educational services)

- All sales are final.

- No refunds are offered once a service has been booked or accessed.

This applies to: Childbirth classes, Postpartum education, Birth consulting, Sleep consulting, Lactation consulting, Workshops, TENS rentals, and special events.

We encourage clients to contact us with any questions before purchasing to ensure the service is the right fit.

On-Demand Courses & Digital Materials

- Access to digital content constitutes delivery.

- Once access is granted or materials are downloaded, the sale is final and non-refundable.

This includes: On-demand classes, Digital downloads, Educational materials, Templates and guides.

Missed Appointments & Late Cancellations

- Missed appointments or late cancellations are not eligible for refunds.

- If a reschedule is offered, it is at the sole discretion of Birth You Desire and subject to availability

Extraordinary Circumstances

In rare and exceptional cases, Birth You Desire may consider alternatives such as:

- Rescheduling

- Credit toward a future service

These decisions are made case-by-case and are not guaranteed.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase, you agree not to initiate a chargeback for services or digital products that have been delivered or made available in accordance with this policy. Attempted chargebacks may result in revoked access to services or materials.
