Caitlyn Martens Birth Doula, Educator, & Placenta Encapsulator

Caitlyn is a certified full-spectrum holistic birth doula, Evidence Based Birth® Childbirth Educator, placenta specialist, and Reiki practitioner. As a dedicated advocate and birth consultant, she strives to provide the families she serves with the best evidence-based information and support to manifest their desired birth outcomes, and witness their transformation throughout their journey.

She is an Arizona native, a graduate of Arizona State, a wife to her high school sweetheart, and a mother of two. Her own first birth experience was what drove her into a passion for birth work. Throughout her time as a doula and childbirth educator, she has gained a love for all the ways babies can be brought into this world. She has extensive knowledge of supporting VBACs and Cesareans but also loves to hang out on the other side of the spectrum with the more “hands-off” home and birth center births. She understands that in the journey of birthing a baby, you can never be sure what to expect, but you can be prepared for anything. She prides herself on being a safe and inclusive advocate for all people looking for supportive and loving birth support.
