Arguing with your husband about why he has to perform tonight because you only have 12 hours before your precious egg is gone for good (oh so romantic, right?)

and the daily emotional rollercoasters of “yes, I can do this” and an hour later “this is never going to happen for me”.

Do you want some kind of insurance, a fool-proof way of knowing that you WILL get pregnant and you WILL have that baby that you desire?

Great, I’m going to show you how you can have all of that and then some.

How are you going to do this you ask? I am going to show you below my EXPERT SECRETS of how I managed to reverse my infertility and had not 1 but 2 healthy baby boys naturally after years of trying. These are secrets I share with my clients to help them get pregnant, FAST! What are these secrets you ask, read below for the pieces you need to unlock your hormone puzzle and get pregnant naturally in 90 days or less!

1. Eat real, whole, delicious food- This means eating foods that are as close to nature as possible. Nothing from a package or drive-up window. Food that is meant to be delicious and nutritious. Food that will create an optimal state for conception and health within your body. Organic fruits and veggies, grass-fed, organic lean meats, deep water fish, nuts, seeds, fresh herbs and spices, and lots of water.

2 Remove toxins in and around your environment. From your household cleaners, laundry detergent, beauty products, and more. Toxins are all around us. I heard a crazy saying the other day that said, we are were exposed to more chemicals in a month than our grandparents were exposed to in their, LIFETIME! That is a LOT of chemicals. The more chemicals you are exposed to the more toxins that build up in your body and the more your body’s systems shut down. You can’t make a baby in a toxic environment and your body knows this. The best way to start eliminating toxins from your life is to start small. Every time you run out of something replace it with a clean, non-toxic option and before you know it you will be living in a toxic-free environment. One of my favorite resources for determining if a product is safe or not is the website, This site allows you to search for clean products by category as well as lookup products you are currently using to see what their toxic load is and choose replacements if necessary.

3. Practice restorative and gentle exercise- Moving your body is SO important when trying to conceive or just being healthy in general. The body was made to move so give it what it needs and choose something that will be gentle and promote fertility instead of militant exercise that will block baby-making signals. Things like-

1. Yoga

2. Tai Chi

3. Gentle stretching

4. Walking

Try to move your body every day to get the blood flowing, the muscles moving and the baby making on track.

4. Supplement to fill in holes- I will always encourage you to get your vitamins and minerals from a whole foods diet however there will usually still be holes. Vitamins and minerals that keep the body functioning properly, including those that are in high demand during pregnancy and especially to aid in the rapid cell division and development of vital organs such as the baby’s brain and your placenta during the first stage of pregnancy. I would consider throwing out any prenatal vitamin that isn’t professional or pharmaceutical grade and investing in one of much higher quality, that will actually be beneficial and useable by your body. Target, Rite Aid, Walgreens, Wal-Mart, Costco, etc. does not sell prenatal vitamins that I would consider high enough quality to take myself or to recommend to my clients. You will find them locally at Whole Foods or any natural food store or on Amazon.

5. Find a coach that can guide you through this process. Whether it is me or someone else, a coach is going to hold your hand and show you step by step what you need to do to get the baby of your dreams, they will also empower you, encourage, stretch, support you and make this experience one you will never forget.
